Job Description

Job SummaryWe are looking for a customer-focused and energetic Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, maintaining store standards, and ensuring a great shopping experience for every customer.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesGreet customers and assist them in selecting products.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
  • Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
  • Handle billing and POS transactions accurately.
  • Maintain visual merchandising and store cleanliness.
  • Replenish stock and ensure product availability.
  • Manage inventory and report stock shortages.
  • Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally.
  • Promote ongoing offers, loyalty programs, and new arrivals.
  • Follow company SOPs, grooming standards, and attendance policies.
  • Coordinate with the Store Manager for smooth store operation
