About the Role


We are looking for a customer-focused and detail-oriented Front Office Executive – Billing & Customer Service to manage front office operations, member and guest billing, payment processing, and customer service. The ideal candidate should have experience in hospitality, hotels, golf clubs, or resorts and possess strong communication and accounting skills.



Experience Required


* 2–3 years of experience in Front Office, Billing, Accounts, or Customer Service.

* Experience in Hospitality, Golf Clubs, Hotels, or Resorts will be preferred.



Educational Qualification


* Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, B.Com, or Graduation in Commerce/Finance.

Key Responsibilities


* Handle member and guest billing accurately.

* Generate invoices and process daily transactions.

* Receive payments through Cash, Card, UPI, and POS systems.

* Attend to member and guest queries professionally.

* Ensure services are provided only to authorized members and guests.

* Verify billing accuracy and resolve discrepancies.

* Maintain daily transaction records and cash reconciliation.

* Coordinate with the Finance department for billing and payment-related matters.

* Ensure compliance with company policies and billing procedures.

* Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining a professional front office environment.

* Strong customer service orientation.

* Good communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

* Proficiency in MS Office and billing/POS software.

* Honest, responsible, and detail-oriented.

* Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
