Job Description
We are hiring a Field Sales Executive with experience in B2B / industrial sales to drive business. If you have worked with industrial coatings, paints, construction chemicals, engineering products, or industrial supplies, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do:
- Visit factories, warehouses, industrial units, and project sites
- Generate new business leads and build strong client relationships
- Promote and sell industrial coatings / chemical / engineering products
- Conduct product presentations, demos, and client meetings
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions
- Negotiate pricing and close deals
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain daily visit reports and sales pipeline
Who Can Apply:
- Experience in Field Sales / B2B / Industrial Sales
- Background in paints, coatings, construction chemicals, or industrial products preferred
- Good communication skills in Hindi & English
- Comfortable with field work and client visits
- Self-motivated and target-driven
Requirements:
- Must have own bike & valid driving license
- Basic knowledge of using laptop/CRM
- Willing to travel locally
