Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented NOC Engineer (L1) to support network operations and implementation activities for a leading telecom project. The role involves coordinating with Field Engineers, Project Teams, and NOC teams to ensure seamless execution of router deployment, network implementation, and service restoration activities while maintaining project timelines and service quality.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate and assign work orders to Field Engineers.
• Coordinate with Central and Circle Project/Network teams for planned downtime scheduling.
• Notify the NOC team prior to the commencement of implementation activities.
• Coordinate the collection, deployment, and replacement of network routers.
• Provide remote support to Field Engineers during implementation activities.
• Coordinate with the NOC team for router configuration and commissioning.
• Monitor link status and verify successful network restoration after implementation.
• Obtain implementation confirmation and maintain accurate activity records.
• Coordinate the return of decommissioned routers to the designated warehouse.
• Track implementation progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure successful operation of customer services and applications after implementation.
• Prepare daily status reports and maintain project documentation.
• Follow defined SOPs, escalation procedures, and quality standards.
• Required SkillsBasic knowledge of Networking concepts (LAN, WAN, TCP/IP).
• Basic understanding of Routers, Switches, and Network Devices.
• Familiarity with ticket handling and incident management processes.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong coordination, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Basic understanding of CCNA concepts will be an added advantage.
• Preferred Candidate Profile0–2 years of experience in NOC Operations, Network Support, Telecom Operations, or IT Infrastructure.
• Freshers with good networking fundamentals are encouraged to apply.
• Willingness to work in a 24×7 rotational shift environment.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced operational environment.
