Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage interior fit-out projects from planning to completion. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and complete interior fit-out projects (residential, commercial, or retail).
Coordinate with clients, designers, architects, and contractors.
Prepare project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
Monitor site progress and ensure adherence to timelines.
Manage procurement of materials and vendor coordination.
Supervise site engineers, supervisors, and labor teams.
Ensure quality control and compliance with design specifications.
Handle client meetings, updates, and reporting.
Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Ensure health & safety standards are followed at site.
Manage billing, BOQs (Bill of Quantities), and project documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture / Interior Design or related field.
5–10 years of experience in interior fit-out projects.
Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and construction methods.
Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Excel, AutoCAD).
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Preferred Skills
Experience in commercial interiors (offices, retail, hospitality).
Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
PMP certification or equivalent (optional but preferred).
