Job Description:
We are looking for a Telecalling Executive to handle customer inquiries and order processing for Honda authorized two-wheeler spare parts.
This role involves working with existing and fixed customers (retailers) who have been associated with us for several years.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with existing customers regarding spare parts inquiries
- Provide accurate information on pricing and product availability
- Process customer orders and coordinate with the warehouse for dispatch
- Follow up with retailers for repeat orders and ongoing business
- Conduct payment follow-ups with customers
- Maintain strong and professional relationships with customers
Requirements:
- Good communication skills
- Ability to handle calls and follow-ups efficiently
- Prior experience in telecalling or customer support preferred
- Basic knowledge of spare parts is an advantage
