Job Description
New Account Acquisition: Prospecting and onboarding new retail customers for Savings Accounts and corporate clients for Current Accounts.
Low-Cost Deposit Mobilization: Driving the growth of the bank's core liabilities by securing high-value initial deposit balances.
Catchment Area Sourcing: Conducting field-based sales activities, cold calls, and local market mapping within the branch's territory.
KYC & Regulatory Compliance: Verifying customer identities and ensuring flawless documentation according to banking and RBI regulations.
Cross-Selling Wealth Products: Enhancing account profitability by cross-selling additional financial products like credit cards, loans, and insurance.
