Job Title: Inbound Customer Service Agent 

Location: Mangalore 

Shifts: Rotational Shift (including night shifts)

Employment Type: Full-Time 

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls from card members regarding account balances, order status, and payment-related issues

• Accurately capture and document customer concerns following defined protocols

• Use active listening and adapt communication based on customer tone and situation

• Resolve complex queries efficiently while ensuring high customer satisfaction

• Maintain strong call control and guide conversations effectively

• Navigate multiple systems simultaneously while interacting with customers

• Ensure clear communication with proper grammar and natural pacing

• Stay updated with training and adapt quickly to process or policy changes

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree/diploma or relevant experience

• Strong proficiency in English (verbal & written)

• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills

• Good computer skills with ability to multitask across systems

• Fast and accurate typing skills
