Interior Designer

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are an interior design and turnkey contracting firm known for delivering high-quality, client-centric

spaces — primarily luxury residential (including NRI clients) and industrial projects. This role sits at the

heart of our design process. You will own the project from concept to handover — from understanding

client aspirations in the discovery stage, through layout planning and mood board creation, to guiding

execution on site. You are not just a designer — you are the client's design partner.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

— Participate in discovery calls — translate client briefs into clear design directions covering style,

budget intent, lifestyle, and spatial priorities

— Prepare space layouts (2D floor plans, furniture arrangements) that balance aesthetics, function, and

client brief

— Create mood boards that reflect the agreed design theme — contemporary luxury, minimalist

modern, Indian contemporary, or client-specific styles

— Present design concepts confidently during proposal calls — explain material choices, finishes, and

spatial logic in a way clients understand and trust

— Prepare detailed design documentation: AutoCAD drawings, elevation details, material schedules,

finish specs, and furniture layouts

— Coordinate with vendors on material procurement — tiles, wood, glass, furnishings — ensuring

quality and budget alignment

— Work alongside site execution teams to ensure design intent is faithfully translated on site

— Prepare and maintain BoQ inputs for the design scope — supporting the costing and proposal

process

— Handle NRI client communication professionally — clear, visual, WhatsApp / Google Meet friendly

updates

— Participate in site visits, quality reviews, and snagging before project handover

— Maintain design files, vendor catalogues, and project documentation in an organised system.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

— 2–5 years of interior design experience, preferably in a residential or luxury segment

— Proficient in AutoCAD; working knowledge of SketchUp or any 3D visualisation tool is a strong

advantage

— Strong mood board and concept presentation skills — ability to create client-ready visuals

— Good understanding of materials — wood, laminates, tiles, wallcovering, upholstery, lighting

— Confident in client-facing communication — can present ideas clearly in calls and meetings

— Detail-oriented with a disciplined approach to documentation and follow-through

— Degree or diploma in Interior Design / Architecture from a recognised institution

— Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without losing design quality.

NICE TO HAVE:

— Experience handling NRI or outstation clients (remote-friendly communication style)

— Exposure to turnkey / contracting projects — understanding of site realities, not just design on paper

— Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools for mood board creation or concept renders

— Basic knowledge of BoQ / costing structure in interior projects

— Portfolio demonstrating range across residential styles — contemporary, transitional, Indian luxury.
