Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet customers, identify their needs, and provide expert advice or personalized recommendations.
- Sales Targets: Proactively promote products, upsell complementary items, and meet or exceed individual and team sales goals.
- Store Operations: Process payments via Point-of-Sale (POS) systems, manage inventory, restock shelves, and arrange merchandise displays.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up to date on features, benefits, and current promotions to effectively answer customer inquiries.
- Customer Satisfaction: Address and resolve customer complaints, process returns, and build long-term relationships to encourage repeat business
