Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets for PVC pipes and related products.
• Identify and acquire new dealers, distributors, retailers, contractors, builders, and project customers.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Conduct regular market visits to generate leads and explore new business opportunities.
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends to develop effective sales plans.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms with customers.
• Coordinate with production, logistics, and operations teams to ensure timely product delivery.
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and business performance analyses.
• Manage and guide the sales team, providing training and performance support.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure prompt resolution.
• Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and promotional activities to increase brand visibility.
• Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy receivables.
