Job Description

To be an energetic youngster with pleasing personality, PR & leadership qualities. He is responsible for smooth functioning of all the aspects of the Fashion store while optimizing profits.

In this position, he must be able to garner respect and motivate personnel to perform at their maximum capacity, keeping the store in good working order. He should have a working knowledge of sales, staff training, merchandising & ordering as well as strong people-skills.


Responsibilities and Duties·        

  • Meet & Greet the customers, Manage customer relationship.
  • Ensure highest level of Visual Merchandise, Housekeeping & Ambience.
  • Recruit new employees. Train, Manage & regularly evaluate them.
  • Maintain current knowledge of market/trends
  • Set and monitor store’s sales budget, making every effort to maximize the same.
  •  Analyse and predict sales, and sale trends.
  • Manage appropriate levels of stock and reorder while staying on budget
