Job Title: Talent Acquisition Executive

Location: Mangalore (Work from Office)

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Experience: 1–2 Years

About the Role : We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in Kannada and English, strong sourcing abilities, and preferably have experience in Business Development.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Understand hiring requirements from department heads and prepare job descriptions.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Coordinate interviews with corporate hiring managers and ensure a smooth interview process.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the selection process.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
• Experience in end-to-end recruitment is mandatory.
• Business Development hiring experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in Kannada and English (spoken and written).
• Good knowledge of recruitment portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, Apna, etc.
• Strong interpersonal & coordination skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring targets.
