Job Description
Customer Service:Greet customers, take orders, answer questions, and ensure a positive dining experience.Food Preparation:Prepare items according to company standards (e.g., assembling burgers, making sandwiches, frying items).Cash Handling:Operate the POS system, process payments (cash, card, digital), and give accurate change.Order Accuracy & Speed:Ensure orders are correct and delivered quickly.Cleaning & Hygiene:Maintain cleanliness of dining area, kitchen, counters, and equipment; follow food safety standards.Stocking & Inventory:Refill ingredients, packaging, and supplies as needed.Teamwork:Work closely with other staff to keep operations smooth, especially during busy hours.Skills RequiredGood communication and basic customer handling skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentBasic math skills for billingTeamwork and cooperationAttention to cleanliness and hygieneQualificationsUsually high school education or equivalentPrior experience is not always required (training is provided)Work EnvironmentFast-paced and physically activeStanding for long hoursShift-based work (including weekends and holidays)
