Job Description
Responsibilities
- Assist cooks in food preparation.
- Wash, cut, and prepare vegetables, meat, and other ingredients.
- Prepare basic food items as instructed.
- Plate and serve food.
- Pack takeaway and online delivery orders accurately.
- Keep kitchen workstations clean and organized.
- Refill ingredients and supplies at cooking stations.
- Receive and store groceries and raw materials properly.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
- Assist with opening, closing, and stock counting when required.
- Work as part of the kitchen team and follow the Head Cook's instructions.
Requirements
- Previous restaurant experience is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good teamwork and a willingness to learn.
- Punctual, disciplined, and hardworking.
Note: Food and Accommodation will be provided for out station candidates.
