Civil Site Engineer / Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Civil Site Supervisor / Engineer to oversee day-to-day building construction activities. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of civil construction, site execution, quality control, labor management, and safety practices. The candidate will ensure that work is completed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.

• Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily construction activities at the project site.
• Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project plans.
• Monitor construction progress and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Manage and supervise contractors, subcontractors, and site labor.
• Allocate manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently.
• Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout construction.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Architects, Consultants, and clients.
• Inspect shuttering, reinforcement, concreting, brickwork, plastering, flooring, waterproofing, and finishing works.
• Maintain daily site progress reports and work records.
• Verify material consumption and report shortages or wastage.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
• Identify and resolve on-site issues to minimize delays.
• Conduct regular inspections and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Monitor project schedules and report progress to management.
• Assist in site measurements, billing support, and quantity verification.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and discipline at the construction site.
• Required SkillsStrong knowledge of RCC, structural, finishing, and building construction.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Knowledge of construction materials and execution methods.
• Good leadership and team management skills.
