Job Description

We are looking for an Estimation Civil Engineer with strong experience in quantity estimation and cost analysis for civil building projects. The candidate should be capable of preparing accurate estimates, reviewing drawings, and working with standard schedules and specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and quantity take-offs for civil building projects.
• Study and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
• Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and cost comparisons.
• Analyze project requirements and estimate material, labor, and equipment costs.
• Work with DSR (Delhi Schedule of Rates) and other applicable schedules/rate analysis.
• Coordinate with project, procurement, and tendering teams for estimation-related activities.
• Assist in tender preparation and bid submissions.
• Maintain estimation records and project cost databases.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Good knowledge of civil building estimation and quantity surveying.
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong knowledge of DSR and rate analysis.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and estimation software/tools.
• Good analytical and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Government projects will be given preference.
• Knowledge of tendering procedures, BOQ preparation, and contract documentation.
• Familiarity with CPWD/PWD standards and specifications is an advantage.
