- Process Transactions: Handle orders, returns, refunds, and account updates.
- Provide Accurate Info: Share clear, correct details regarding company products, services, and policies.
- Document Interactions: Keep detailed, accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions in CRM or ticketing systems.
- Escalate Issues: Identify complex or unresolved cases and route them to the appropriate department or supervisor.
- Customer Retention: Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional tone at all times, even during difficult conversations.
