Job Description
We are setting up a 1000 MT cold storage facility near Mannargudi. Your job is to visit farmers and traders in nearby villages and markets, ask simple questions using a mobile app, and record their answers. Full training will be given — no experience needed.
What you will do:
Visit 8–10 farmers or 4–5 shops/traders daily in assigned villages
Fill survey forms on your smartphone (works without internet)
Meet farmers early morning/evening and traders at the market
Send your daily report every evening on WhatsApp
Requirements:
Age 18+, must speak Tamil (basic English helpful)
Own smartphone (Android) — compulsory
Own two-wheeler with licence — compulsory (petrol allowance given)
Should be comfortable talking to farmers and shopkeepers
Good to have: Agriculture diploma/degree students, ex-mandi workers, or anyone who knows local farmers
Payment: Weekly payment based on verified completed forms. Bonus for highest performer of the month.
