Location: Mathura, Uttar Pradesh
About the RoleGlobal Energy System is looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Sales Executives (Male/Female) to promote and sell residential and commercial solar energy solutions. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to generate and close sales opportunities.

- Field Sales Executive (Male) – Solar Sales & Site Visits
- Key ResponsibilitiesSales Executive (Female)Handle customer inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and walk-in visits.
- Explain solar products, PM Surya Ghar Yojana benefits, and subsidy details.
- Prepare quotations and follow up with prospective customers.
- Coordinate with the sales and installation teams.
- Maintain customer records and CRM updates.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Field Sales Executive (Male)Visit residential, commercial, and industrial customers.
- Generate new leads through field marketing and references.
- Conduct site visits and explain solar system benefits.
- Negotiate with customers and successfully close solar deals.
- Coordinate with technical teams for project execution.
- Meet monthly sales and revenue targets.
- EligibilityMinimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (Preferred)
- Experience in Sales, Marketing, Solar Industry, Banking, Finance, or Insurance will be preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication skills are also welcome.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and smartphone applications.
- Additional RequirementsFor Field Sales Executive: Two-wheeler and valid Driving License preferred.
- Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
