Position OverviewBrijdhara Group is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Real Estate Consultant to join our growing team in Mathura. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, guiding customers through the property buying process, conducting site visits, and achieving sales targets for residential and commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through online and offline marketing activities.
- Contact potential customers via calls, WhatsApp, social media, and referrals.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Conduct property presentations and site visits.
- Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and investment benefits.
- Required Skills & QualificationsGraduate in any discipline (MBA/Marketing preferred).
- 1–5 years of experience in Real Estate Sales, Insurance, Banking, or Direct Sales.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong knowledge of Mathura, Vrindavan, Govardhan, and nearby property markets.
- Ability to build trust and maintain client relationships.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, WhatsApp Business, and CRM software.
