Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist nurses in providing basic care to patients in the ward.
  • Help patients with daily activities like bathing, feeding, and moving.
  • Change bed linens and keep the ward area clean and hygienic.
  • Monitor vital signs (temperature, pulse, blood pressure) under supervision.
  • Assist in shifting patients to different departments or for tests.
  • Maintain records and report any unusual observations to the nurse.
  • Follow infection control and hospital safety protocols.
  • Support emergency care when needed.
