Collection Executive : Department: Scheme Collection

Key Responsibility Areas 

🔹 A. Payment Collection & Scheme Handling

• Collect payments from customers based on active schemes
• Ensure timely follow-up for due and pending payments
• Maintain professional communication during collection

🔹 B. Billing Compliance (Mandatory Control)

• Collect payments only against a valid bill/receipt
• No payment collection without proper documentation
• Verify customer details before accepting payment

🔹 C. Mobile App Entry (Akshaya Savings System)**

• Record every payment in the “Akshaya Savings” mobile application
• Ensure real-time data entry without delay
• Cross-verify entries with billing records

🔹 D. Scheme Conversion Support

• Educate customers on available schemes
• Encourage customers to enroll in new or additional schemes
• Coordinate with the sales team for conversion support

🔹 E. Customer Interaction & Follow-up

• Handle customer queries related to schemes and payments
• Maintain polite and professional communication
• Ensure customer satisfaction during every interaction

🔹 F. End-of-Day (EOD) Reporting

• Prepare and submit the daily collection report
• Reconcile:
• Cash
• UPI / Card payments
• Ensure report accuracy and timely submission

🔹 G. Safety & Asset Responsibility

• Ensure the safety of:
• Cash collections
• Office assets
• Tools and systems
• Follow internal security protocols
