🎯 Job Summary:

We are looking for energetic and customer-focused Sales Executives to join our retail jewellery showroom team. The candidate will be responsible for customer handling, product presentation, sales conversion, and maintaining excellent customer service standards.

🧩 Key Responsibilities:Welcome and assist customers professionally

• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products
• Explain product details, pricing, and offers clearly
• Promote savings schemes and showroom promotions
• Support upselling and cross-selling activities
• Maintain showroom display cleanliness and product arrangement
• Coordinate billing and payment process smoothly
• Update customer details in CRM system
• Follow showroom discipline, grooming, and SOP standards
• Support stock checking and daily operational activities

✅ Requirements:

• Experience in retail sales / jewellery sales preferred
• Good communication and customer handling skills
• Basic product explanation and sales knowledge
• Positive attitude and team coordination skills
• Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply
