About the RoleArkazen Renewable Energy Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced HR Recruiter with a proven track record in Blue Collar Hiring and Field Sales Recruitment. The ideal candidate should be capable of sourcing, screening, and closing positions within defined timelines while meeting monthly hiring targets.
- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle end-to-end recruitment for Field Sales Executives, Solar Technicians, Telecallers, and other blue-collar positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, WhatsApp groups, employee referrals, consultancies, and field sourcing.
- Conduct telephonic screening and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Ensure timely closure of assigned vacancies.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
- Coordinate joining formalities and onboarding.
- Maintain daily recruitment MIS and hiring reports.
- Achieve monthly hiring targets while maintaining quality of hires.
- EligibilityGraduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Recruitment is mandatory.
- Experience in Blue Collar Hiring and Field Sales Recruitment is compulsory.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment portals and sourcing strategies.
- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Microsoft Office.
