Senior Electrical Executive – Solar EPC Firm
Minimum Qualification: Polytechnic / ITI Diploma (Electrical)
Experience: Minimum 1 Year (Solar Field Experience Preferred)
Job Profile: Field Job – Solar Installation, Testing & Commissioning
मुख्य जिम्मेदारियां (Key Responsibilities)
1. Solar Electrical Installation
Solar PV system की electrical installation को execute करना
DC wiring, AC wiring, cable laying, termination और connection करना
Inverter, LT Panel, ACDB, DCDB, SPD, MCB/MCCB आदि की installation और checking करना
2. Site Execution & Supervision
Solar installation site पर daily work planning और execution करना
Installation team / technician को guide करना
Drawing और layout के अनुसार काम करवाना
Work quality और safety standards maintain करना
3. Testing & Commissioning
Solar plant की testing करना
Voltage, current, insulation resistance, earthing resistance आदि check करना
Inverter commissioning और troubleshooting करना
Plant handover के समय technical support देना
4. Fault Finding & Troubleshooting
Solar system में electrical faults identify करना
Inverter error, generation issue, wiring fault, earthing problem resolve करना
Breakdown support देना
5. Safety Compliance
Electrical safety rules follow करवाना
PPE (Helmet, Safety Shoes, Gloves आदि) का proper use सुनिश्चित करना
Site पर unsafe activity को रोकना
6. Documentation & Reporting
Daily site progress report बनाना
Material consumption report maintain करना
Installation checklist और commissioning report complete करना
