Accountant

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage all financial transactions, from variable expenses and bank deposits to budget forecasts and tax payments.

The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day accounting duties, ensure financial records are accurate, and maintain compliance with statutory regulations. Ultimately, you will provide us with accurate quantitative information on financial position, liquidity, and cash flows of our business.

• Key ResponsibilitiesBookkeeping: Manage all accounting transactions and ensure accurate recording of daily financial activities.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare budget forecasts and publish timely financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L statement).
• Tax Compliance: Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual tax filings (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.) and ensure timely payments.
• Reconciliation: Conduct periodic bank reconciliations and verify accounts payable and receivable.
• Expense Management: Review and process employee expense reports, vendor invoices, and payroll.
• Auditing: Coordinate with internal and external auditors during annual or quarterly audits.
• Data Confidentiality: Maintain financial data confidentiality and secure databases with regular backups.
• Skills and QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce (B.Com/M.Com), or a related field.
