Position: Accounts Executive

Location: Meerut, Shuddhigram

Job Type: Full-Time

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month

Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial records, and reconciliations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in accounting processes and a good understanding of compliance and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records and bookkeeping
• Handle day-to-day accounting entries in Tally/ERP systems
• Perform bank reconciliations and ledger scrutiny
• Manage accounts payable and receivable
• Prepare invoices, vouchers, and payment entries
• Assist in GST filing and statutory compliance
• Support monthly and yearly closing processes
• Coordinate with internal teams and auditors
• Monitor expenses and ensure proper documentation

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in accounting or finance
• Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and MS Office
• Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and compliance
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and organizational skills

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Experience in healthcare / FMCG / retail industry
• Familiarity with ERP systems
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
