Admission Counsellor/Team Leader – IPS EduHub / IPS Group / MGI
Role Overview
The Admission Counsellor/Team Leader will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admission process for UG, PG, and PhD programs. The role involves counselling, application support, lead conversion, and ensuring smooth enrolment.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel Students and Parents about Courses, Eligibility, and Admission Procedures.
- Generate and follow up on leads through calls, emails, events, and digital platforms.
- Assist applicants with form filling, documentation, and submission.
- Coordinate with the admissions team and academic committees.
- Organise and participate in education fairs, seminars, and campus events.
- Maintain student records and prepare regular admission reports.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree (Master’s preferred).
- 3-6 years of experience in admissions, counselling, or education sales (Freshers can apply)
- Strong communication, persuasion,Negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of MS Office, CRM, and digital tools,Google Sheets, Excel and To-do List.
- Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple tasks.
