Job Description
Maintain
and update customer and lead data
Customer
follow-ups, and customer interactions

Handling in Experience Center Inhouse showroom (NOT 100 % , MAY BE)
Customer
calls, conversations and commitments are duly recorded.
Introducing
customers to your company and your products
Record
customer complaints and suggestions and discuss with the team for
resolution.
Prepare
daily, weekly, and monthly CRM and follow-up reports
Make
outbound calls to prospective and existing customers
Handle
inbound customer calls and respond to enquiries professionally
Follow
up on leads, quotations, payments, and pending orders
Explain
company products, pricing, schemes, and offers to customers
Collect
customer requirements and pass them to the sales team
Maintain daily call reports and follow-up status
Maintain
