Job Description – DRA (Debt Recovery Agent) – Field Sales & Telecaller

Position: Debt Recovery Agent (DRA) – Field Sales & Telecaller

Location: Meerut

Experience: Minimum 1 Year

Qualification: Graduate (Preferred)

Mandatory Requirement: Candidate must have successfully cleared the DRA Certification/Exam.

Key Responsibilities

Field Recovery

- Visit customers for collection of overdue loan/EMI payments.

- Negotiate with customers and resolve payment-related issues professionally.

- Achieve assigned collection and recovery targets.

- Update collection status and customer feedback on a daily basis.

- Follow RBI guidelines and company policies during recovery activities.

Telecalling Recovery

- Make outbound calls to customers regarding overdue payments.

- Convince customers to clear pending dues and obtain payment commitments.

- Maintain accurate call records and follow-up details.

- Coordinate with the field recovery team whenever required.

- Ensure professional and courteous communication with customers.

Requirements

- DRA Certification/Exam cleared (Mandatory).

- Minimum 1 year of experience in debt collection, recovery, field sales, or telecalling.

- Good communication and negotiation skills.

- English communication is not mandatory.

- For Field Recovery: Two-wheeler with a valid driving license is preferred.

- For Telecaller: Two-wheeler is not mandatory.

- Basic knowledge of smartphone applications. (MS Excel knowledge is an added advantage.)

Preferred Skills

- Strong convincing and interpersonal skills.

- Target-oriented approach.

- Ability to work independently and under pressure.

- Knowledge of banking/NBFC collection processes will be an added advantage.
