Job Description

JOB PURPOSE

To create and manage the company’s digital presence and support online sales using simple language and ethical communication.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduate in any stream OR Bio preferred
  • Digital Marketing course (6 months – 1 year preferred)


EXPERIENCE

  • 6 months to 3 years in digital marketing.


REQUIRED SKILLS

  1. Ability to communicate clearly in Hindi.
  2. Working knowledge of:
  • WhatsApp Business
  • Facebook Page & Instagram
  • Basic Canva (posters & creatives)
  • MS Excel (basic)


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Upload and manage product details.
  • Manage WhatsApp Business catalogue and customer inquiries.
  • Post on Facebook and Instagram.
  • Support basic online order handling and lead follow-ups.
