Job DescriptionTaste of Delhi is looking for a Dispatch Manager to manage the complete dispatch operations between our factory and multiple outlets. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that outlet orders are processed, prepared, dispatched, and delivered accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities✅ Receive and review daily orders from outlets.✅ Coordinate with production teams and ensure timely preparation of all ordered items.

✅ Plan and manage dispatch schedules to ensure on-time deliveries.

✅ Ensure accurate quantity and quality checks before dispatch.

✅ Coordinate with delivery staff and monitor vehicle movements.

✅ Track deliveries and ensure all outlet requirements are fulfilled within the committed timelines.

✅ Monitor inventory movements and manage stock variances, shortages, and discrepancies.

✅ Maintain dispatch records, delivery challans, stock reports, and inventory documentation.

✅ Work on RanceLab Software for order processing, dispatch planning, stock management, and reporting.✅ Coordinate with Production, Stores, Procurement, and Outlet Teams for smooth operations.

✅ Prepare daily dispatch reports and MIS reports for management.

✅ Ensure compliance with company SOPs and operational standards.

• RequirementsGraduate preferred.
• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in Dispatch, Logistics, Warehouse, Inventory, or Supply Chain Operations.
• Experience in Restaurant Chains, Food Manufacturing, FMCG, Bakery, or Retail Operations preferred.
• Knowledge of RanceLab Software will be an added advantage.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and inventory management.
• Strong planning, coordination, and team management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple outlet requirements simultaneously.
