Job Description
Job Title: Field Collection Associate
Company: Bike Bazaar Finance
Location: Maharajganj, Saharanpur, Baraut and Muzaffarnagar (Uttar Pradesh)
Experience: 0–3 years
Work Mode: Field (On ground)
Role Summary:
Responsible for on-field collection of EMIs and overdue payments for electric two-wheeler financing. Ensures timely recovery while maintaining positive customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Visit customers for EMI and overdue payment collections
• Follow up on delinquent accounts and ensure timely recovery
• Negotiate and resolve payment issues with customers
• Maintain daily collection reports and records
• Coordinate with internal teams for account updates
Eligibility: Freshers to 3 years experience.
