Field Sales Executive

Job Title: Field Sales Executive (B2B + Retail Promotion)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive Field Sales Executive to drive B2B sales of paneer, dahi, and other dairy products, along with executing on-ground promotional activities to increase brand visibility and generate leads for our retail store.

Key Responsibilities:

B2B Sales:

• Visit retailers, sweet shops, restaurants, and distributors to generate orders
• Promote paneer, dahi, and other dairy products
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence
• Coordinate orders and ensure timely delivery

Retail Promotion & Marketing Activities:

• Plan and set up promotional canopies/stalls in residential colonies and high-footfall areas
• Distribute pamphlets/leaflets to create awareness about the store and products
• Conduct product sampling activities (ghee, paneer, oils, etc.)
• Engage directly with customers to explain product benefits and brand story
• Generate and maintain lead data (phone numbers, interested customers)
• Coordinate with store team to convert leads into walk-ins and sales
• Execute local marketing campaigns and festive promotions

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in field sales/promotions (FMCG/dairy preferred)
• Strong communication and convincing skills
• Energetic, presentable, and comfortable with on-ground activities
• Knowledge of local Meerut market
• Must own a two-wheeler and valid driving license

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in B2B sales and retail activations
• Ability to meet sales targets and generate leads consistently

Salary: As per experience + Travel Allowance + Incentives

Working Hours: Full-time
