Job Description
Job Summary
The HR Manager is responsible for managing end-to-end human resource operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, employee engagement, performance management, and workplace culture development. The role ensures smooth HR processes while maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Staffing
- Develop a structured hiring system for timely recruitment.
- Source, screen, and hire suitable candidates for open positions.
- Ensure the right talent fit for organizational requirements.
Employee Onboarding & Exit Management
- Manage employee onboarding, induction, and orientation processes.
- Issue offer letters, appointment letters, and HR-related documents.
- Handle employee exit formalities, handovers, and knowledge transfer.
Attendance, Payroll & Compliance
- Monitor attendance, overtime, and employee records.
- Coordinate salary processing, salary slips, and payroll calculations.
- Manage ESIC/PF calculations.
- Maintain employee ID systems and access control.
- Ensure ESIC cards and health insurance coverage for eligible employees.
Performance & Employee Relations
- Conduct performance reviews.
- Address employee concerns and maintain healthy employee relations.
- Implement employee welfare and engagement activities.
Organizational Culture
- Promote a positive, disciplined, and employee-friendly work culture.
- Support initiatives for employee motivation and team development.
- Help create a sustainable and productive workplace environment.
Skills Required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Leadership and people management abilities
- Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, ESIC, and PF
- Payroll and attendance management knowledge
- Problem-solving and organizational skills
Qualification & Experience
- Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- MBA/PGDM in HR preferred
- 3–8 years of relevant HR experience preferred
