Job Description

We are hiring an experienced Sales Manager for real estate sales operations. Candidate must have prior experience in property sales, plotted projects, villas, or real estate developments.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and site visits
  • Convert leads into sales closures
  • Coordinate with brokers and channel partners
  • Achieve monthly sales targets
  • Maintain customer follow-ups and CRM records
  • Explain project details, pricing, and payment plans to clients
  • Support and guide sales executives/team

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years experience in Real Estate Sales
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Must be target-oriented and self-motivated
  • Experience in plotted developments/villa projects preferred
  • Local market knowledge will be an advantage
