Job Title: Assistant Manager – Restaurant / Food Outlet

Job Summary:We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager who has strong knowledge of Sweets, Bakery & Food operations. The ideal candidate should have experience managing outlet operations, leading teams, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring excellent customer service.

• Key Responsibilities:Assist the Outlet Manager in daily operations of Sweets, Bakery & Food sections
• Manage and supervise outlet staff including sales, service & kitchen teams
• Ensure smooth coordination between production, counter sales, and service team
• Monitor product availability, freshness, display, and quality of sweets & bakery items
• Ensure food quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and SOP compliance
• Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally
• Manage rush hours and ensure quick & efficient service
• Train and guide staff on service standards and product knowledge
• Monitor inventory, stock levels, wastage, and daily requirements
• Coordinate with kitchen/bakery production teams for timely replenishment
• Ensure proper billing, cash handling, and daily reporting
• Support sales growth and achieve outlet targets
• Maintain staff discipline, grooming, and attendance
• Required Experience & Skills:Experience in Sweets + Bakery + Restaurant/Food Outlet operations
• Good knowledge of Indian sweets, bakery products & food items
• Strong team handling and customer management skills
• Knowledge of POS billing, inventory & outlet reports
• Ability to handle multiple departments efficiently
