About the RoleWe are hiring an experienced Sales Executive who can effectively convert incoming leads into customers through phone calls and relationship building.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication and convincing skills, be comfortable handling customer objections, and have prior experience in sales conversion.

• Key ResponsibilitiesCall and follow up with leads generated through ads, website, WhatsApp, and other channels
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products
• Convert leads into confirmed sales/orders
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Handle objections and customer queries professionally
• Maintain proper lead follow-up and sales records
• Coordinate internally for smooth order processing and customer experience
• RequirementsMinimum 1–3 years of experience in sales, telecalling, or lead conversion is mandatory
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to convert warm leads into sales
• Confident, target-driven, and self-motivated personality
• Experience in customer handling and follow-ups
