Job Description

The Dealer Sales Executive (DSE) will play a key role in driving sales at the dealership by connecting with customers, understanding their needs, and providing the best vehicle options. The DSE will ensure a seamless buying experience, meet sales targets, and contribute to the dealership's overall growth.


Key Skills & Qualifications:


  • Minimum educational qualification: High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
  • Prior experience in sales (preferably in the automobile industry).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good understanding of the automobile market and products.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and MS Office Suite.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement:
  • Greet customers visiting the dealership and understand their requirements.
  • Build rapport and establish trust with potential buyers.
  • Provide detailed information about vehicles, financing options, and services.
  • Sales Process:
  • Demonstrate vehicles and arrange test drives as needed.
  • Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle model and configuration.
  • Handle negotiations and close sales to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Documentation and Compliance:
  • Ensure accurate completion of sales documentation.
  • Assist customers with financing, registration, and insurance formalities.
  • Maintain adherence to dealership policies and industry regulations.
  • Market Analysis:
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and pricing.
  • Provide insights and feedback to the sales manager to refine sales strategies.
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
  • Follow up with leads and maintain a robust customer database.
  • Handle post-sale customer inquiries and resolve any concerns promptly.
  • Strive to create a positive customer experience to encourage referrals and repeat business.
  • Reporting:
  • Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly sales reports to the sales manager.
  • Monitor personal sales performance against targets.
