Job Description
Job SummaryWe are looking for a confident and energetic Female Sales Executive to generate new business opportunities, maintain customer relationships, and support the company's sales growth in gym equipment, sports infrastructure, outdoor fitness equipment, and playground equipment.
- Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads through phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and online platforms.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide product information.
- Prepare quotations and follow up with customers.
- Coordinate with the production and dispatch teams regarding customer orders.
- Maintain customer database and CRM records.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Build long-term relationships with dealers, distributors, schools, colleges, government departments, and private clients.
- Assist in exhibitions, trade fairs, and marketing campaigns.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Required SkillsExcellent communication skills (Hindi & English)
- MS Excel, Word, Outlook
- Strong negotiation and convincing skills
- Customer relationship management
- Ability to work under targets
- QualificationGraduate (BBA/B.Com/BA preferred)
- 1–3 years of sales experience (Freshers with excellent communication may also apply)
