Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Solar Sales & Marketing Executive to promote and sell solar energy systems to residential, commercial, and industrial customers. The candidate will handle both office-based customer coordination and field sales activities, including site visits, lead generation, client meetings, and marketing activities.
- Key ResponsibilitiesSales ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads through field visits, references, calls, and digital marketing.
- Explain solar products, benefits, subsidies, and savings to customers.
- Conduct customer meetings and site visits for solar system requirements.
- Prepare quotations and follow up with customers for closing sales.
- Coordinate with installation and technical teams for project execution.
- Maintain customer database and sales reports.
- Achieve monthly sales targets set by the company.
- Marketing ResponsibilitiesPromote company services through social media, campaigns, and local marketing.
- Distribute pamphlets, banners, and promotional materials in target areas.
- Participate in exhibitions, events, and marketing drives.
- Build relationships with dealers, builders, electricians, and local businesses.
- Support online inquiry handling and customer communication.
- Office WorkAttend customer inquiries through phone, WhatsApp, and email.
- Prepare sales reports, quotations, and documentation.
- Maintain records of leads, payments, and customer follow-ups.
- Coordinate with management regarding sales performance.
- Field WorkVisit customer locations for meetings and site inspections.
- Travel locally for sales and marketing activities.
- Meet potential clients and explain solar solutions on-site.
- RequirementsMinimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
- Experience in sales or marketing preferred (solar industry experience is an advantage).
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp, and email.
- Must have a two-wheeler and valid driving license (preferred).
- Ability to work in both office and field environments.
