Job Summary:
We are seeking an IMMEDIATE JOINER, proactive and execution-focused HR Recruiter cum HR Generalist who will drive talent acquisition and manage core HR functions. The role involves hiring for sales teams, team leaders, and back-office roles, along with managing campus recruitment initiatives. The candidate will also handle onboarding, statutory compliance, performance frameworks, and employee retention strategies.

Preferred candidate profile
- Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, MBA
- 2 to 5 years of experience in recruitment and HR generalist role
- Knowledge of PF, ESIC, and HR compliance
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
- Proficiency in MS Excel and HR tools
