Job Description
Role: Short-Form Video Content Creator (Reels/Shorts)
Location: Sector 4, Jagriti Vihar, Meerut
Type: Full-time
About Us:StayFACED is a men’s grooming brand focused on solving a simple but ignored problem:
We create sharp, relatable short-form content around gym, confidence, and self-care.
- What You’ll Do:Create short-form videos daily (Instagram Reels / YouTube Shorts)
- Edit videos using tools like CapCut / Canva or similar
- Add text overlays, transitions, and sync audio
- Work on simple storytelling formats (hook → message → brand)
- Repurpose content across platforms (Instagram, YouTube)
- Follow content direction and improve execution over time
- What We’re Looking For:Basic experience in editing short videos (Reels/Shorts)
- Good understanding of Instagram content style
- Ability to work fast and deliver daily
- Strong attention to detail (text, timing, visuals)
- Willingness to learn and improve
- Bonus (Good to Have):Experience with AI tools (Canva, Runway, Pika, etc.)
- Understanding of hooks and viral content
- What You’ll Get:Hands-on experience building a brand from early stage
