Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a confident and motivated Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, sharing product/service information, and maintaining proper call records.


ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Make doctor calls to potential customers as per the provided data.
  • Explain company products/services clearly and professionally.
  • Answer customer queries and provide accurate information.
  • Follow up with interested leads and maintain call records.
  • Maintain daily calling reports and update data in Excel/CRM.
  • Maintain polite, professional, and positive communication.


SKILLS

  • Good communication skills in Hindi (English basic knowledge preferred).
  • Ability to talk confidently and politely on calls.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel / computer usage.
  • Good listening and convincing skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.


PREFERRED CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • Only female candidates can aplly.
  • Candidates with prior telecalling experience will be preferred.
