Job Description
Job SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented Tender Executive to manage government and private tenders through portals such as GeM, CPPP, e-Procurement, and state tender portals. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end tender processing and documentation.
- Key ResponsibilitiesSearch and identify relevant tenders daily.
- Analyze eligibility criteria and tender documents.
- Prepare technical and financial bid documents.
- Upload bids on GeM and various e-tender portals.
- Coordinate with internal departments for required certificates and documents.
- Maintain tender records and bid trackers.
- Follow up for corrigendums, clarifications, and bid results.
- Prepare compliance checklists.
- Coordinate with buyers regarding bid queries.
- Track EMD, Performance Security, Purchase Orders, and Contracts.
- Required SkillsGood knowledge of GeM Portal
- Government e-procurement portals
- MS Excel and MS Word
- Documentation skills
- Attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- QualificationGraduate
- 1–3 years of experience in government tendering
- Knowledge of GeM Portal is mandatory
