Video Editor

Create engaging content, manage MAA Education’s social media presence, design promotional materials, and help the brand reach more people online.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and edit reels, short videos, stories, and social media posts.
• Design posters, banners, advertisements, brochures, and other promotional materials.
• Plan and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Capture photos and videos from classes, events, programs, and company activities.
• Maintain a consistent brand style across all digital and printed content.
• Respond to basic audience comments and social media interactions.
• Track content performance and suggest ideas to improve reach, engagement, and brand visibility.

Skills & Requirements

• Good video shooting and editing skills using a phone or camera.
• Working knowledge of video-editing tools such as CapCut, VN, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar software.
• Good knowledge of graphic-design software such as CorelDRAW, Adobe Photoshop, Canva, or similar platforms.
• Ability to create professional social media posts, posters, banners, brochures, and promotional designs.
• Understanding of reels, captions, trends, hooks, and different social media formats.
• Creativity, communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage content independently.
• Familiarity with AI-based content and design tools such as Gemini, Nano Banana, Higgsfield, or similar tools will be an advantage.

Preferred Profile

• Graduate or diploma in Media, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field preferred.
• Relevant experience is preferred; skilled freshers with a strong portfolio may also apply.
• Samples of previous reels, videos, graphic designs, posters, social media posts, or managed social media pages will be required for assessment.
