Relationship Manager - Retail
- Sales & Target Achievement: Consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets for Home Loan (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP) disbursals. [1, 2, 3]
- Lead Generation: Source new leads through open-market canvassing, cold calling, and building relationships with builders, real estate brokers, and channel partners. [1, 2, 3, 4]
- File Processing & Verification: Meet with clients, conduct site visits, verify original property documents, and collect required KYC and financial data. [1, 2]
- End-to-End Coordination: Oversee the loan application process from login to sanction, and coordinate with the credit and operations teams to ensure smooth disbursement. [1, 2]
- Portfolio Quality: Ensure high portfolio health by evaluating customer creditworthiness to minimize delinquency, bounce rates, and file rejections. [1, 2]
- Customer Service: Maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and generate word-of-mouth referrals
