Position: Pre-Primary Teacher (Female)

Location: Raghuwansh Public School, Sendhwa, M.P.

Age: 18 to 40 Years

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month (Based on qualifications, skills, and experience)

• Eligibility Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate.
• Candidates with NTT, Montessori, ECCEd, D.El.Ed, or any recognized Pre-School Teaching Qualification will be preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience teaching in a Pre-School, Play School, Nursery, LKG, or UKG.
• Key Requirements Smart, presentable, and professional appearance.
• Energetic, enthusiastic, and passionate about working with young children.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Cheerful, caring, and friendly personality.
• Ability to teach through Play-Way Method and activity-based learning.
• Creative in conducting stories, rhymes, games, art & craft, and classroom activities.
• Strong classroom management and child-handling skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
• Responsibilities Plan and conduct engaging learning activities for young learners.
• Create a safe, happy, and stimulating classroom environment.
• Develop children's language, social, emotional, and motor skills.
• Maintain regular communication with parents regarding student progress.
• Participate in school events, celebrations, and training programs.
• Ensure the overall well-being and development of students.
