Accountant Cum Office Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Billing & Accounting (Tally Prime):

• Create and manage daily sales invoices in Tally
• Maintain billing records and ensure GST compliance

✅ Packaging & Shipment Coordination:

• Handle daily packaging tasks
• Coordinate with transport/courier partners for timely dispatch
• Maintain dispatch and stock movement records

✅ Order Tracking & Customer Coordination:

• Track customer orders till delivery
• Communicate delivery status and delays
• Coordinate with production for timely order fulfillment

✅ Payment Follow-Up:

• Follow up with customers for pending payments
• Maintain payment tracker and share weekly status

✅ Purchase Follow-Up:

• Follow up with vendors/suppliers for timely delivery of raw materials or goods
• Maintain purchase order records and update inward material status

✅ Work Assignment Follow-Up:

• Follow up on daily work assigned to staff or vendors
• Ensure timelines are met and update management with progress
• Candidate Requirements:Proficient in Tally Prime
• Basic knowledge of GST & accounting
• Good communication & follow-up skills
• Well-organized and detail-oriented
• Prior experience in logistics & vendor coordination is a plus
